So for all those women who take the safer sex initiative when there partner fails to do so. There is the female condom, female condoms are a nitrile sheath or pouch 17cm in length. At the ends there is a flexible ring. At the closed end of the sheath, the flexible ring is inserted into the vagina to hold the female condom in place. The other end of the sheath stays outside the vulva at the entrance to the vagina. This ring acts as a guide during penetration and it also stops the sheath from moving up inside the vagina.

Open packet carefully like all condoms try not to use your teeth in case of tearing the condom. Squeeze the smaller ring and insert it into the vagina with your index finger being careful not to twist to damage condom while inserting. The large end should be placed over the vaginal opening to protect the outer genitalia from infection. Making sure when penis is inserted that it enters through the large ring. When finished remove the female vibrator before standing up. Twist the large outer ring so no semen escapes while removing. Dispose in rubbish bin when finished.
