If I order today when should I expect my delivery?

If you order before 3-30pm and are in a express post postcode you will receive your order the next business day.

If you order before 3-30pm but are not in an express post postcode you will receive your parcel in 2 to 3 business days depending on location

Order after 3-30pm your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

When does my order have to be in to receive the next day?

For next day delivery, orders must be in before 3-30pm Qld EST this will ensure next day delivery to major cities, regional areas may take longer. Weekends and public holidays the order will be shipped on the first following business day.

Are the parcels discreet?

All parcels will arrive in extremely DISCREET express post satchels with NO identifying stickers, NO logo's and NO Eve Adams printed on the satchel or Sender Sticker

Adult toys are wrapped in coloured paper then encased in bubble wrap, clothing is wrapped in coloured paper. We then ship your order in Australia Post Express post or Parcel post satchels like the image below.

Your order has 'Tekeem Pty Ltd' as the sender. We understand your concerns and are dedicated to being as discreet as possible with your deliveries.
