We have three shipping methods.
$9-95 for express post which provides a tracking number but no insurance or a signature is not required.
$15-00 for Platinum express post which does provide a tracking number, has insurance and also requires a signature or a card will be left to pick up from local Post Office.
We also have pick up if you are near Burleigh 4220 on the Gold Coast, Qld
Please be aware if you choose a no signature required shipping option that the risk and responsibility for loss of the parcel has to be accepted by you, as no signature can be obtained.

Will I be contacted after purchase?
You will only receive a pending invoice before payment and then a confirmed invoice after payment in your email. Once shipped you will receive a shipped notification with tracking number and the URL of Australia Post tracking usually the same day as you ordered.
We do not spam or use email marketing like other online stores or have a marketing email you can sign up for. We believe in discretion and value your privacy.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes completely safe our checkout is encrypted by Rapid SSL 256-bit security although the only details you enter here are your name, address and what you have ordered. Payments by credit card are done on the Suncorp Banks virtual POS gateway. Once you click confirm order on our last checkout stage your browser will be directed to the extremely secure Suncorp Banks Virtual POS. Once paid your browser will then be directed back to your order details on our site.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?
Depending on which postage option you chose, express post can take 1 to 2 days depending on if you are in a express post postcode or not. We process and ship your order the day we receive it as long as it is in before 3-30pm. Orders received after 3-30pm will be shipped the next day, orders received on the weekend or public holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Will I receive emails, spam or marketing emails, text messages from your company like other online adult shops?
NO, we do not believe in spamming your inbox with spam emails, spam messages and other rubbish for months/years after you purchase like some of our competitors do. You will only receive from us a confirmed tax invoice email when you pay for your order and a shipped notification with tracking number inserted once your order has been shipped.
We value your privacy and understand the sensitive nature of the products and DO NOT believe in email spamming our valued customers.
What happens if the product I order is out of stock?
All the stock quantities are listed on the product pages once a product is out of stock you cannot purchase the item. We do not backorder your purchase or leave you waiting for weeks for items to be back in stock before sending. We believe in having the stock in our warehouse and getting to you as quickly as we can after you order. For more information on our delivery service please click here
We wrap every purchase in brown paper, then if needed bubble wrap and cardboard. We use the Australia Post express post and parcel post satchels to send your order in and use our company name Tekeem Pty Ltd as the sender. The parcel looks no different from thousands of other post satchels that are delivered everyday and have no markings advertising what products are inside. We believe in discretion and value your privacy.

What does 'one size fits most' mean and will it fit me?
Due to our suppliers of lingerie and costumes having a 'one size fits most' tag for their garments we have to display this as the size of the garments we sell. Although we have found that obviously 'one size fits most' will not fit everyone and the 'one size fits most' garments vary in their sizing. For this reason we have supplied the measurements of the garments to help you with sizing and this is the way to check if the garment will fit you. Please read on here for more information click here

Do you have a shop I can come to?
No I'm afraid we have only a warehouse although we offer a pick up service if you live near Burleigh Heads but orders must be placed through our checkout, by phone or purchase form. If you would like to view the product before purchasing you may ring us for an appointment on 5593 5550.
Please understand we have no changing rooms, areas to try items on as we are a distribution warehouse. You must also know what items you would like to view by viewing on our website and having the product numbers when you ring for an appointment.

I have checked the tracking number you gave me but it tells me nothing!
Australia Post only updates the tracking the morning the parcel is being delivered. Usually once when the parcel has reached the delivery depot and then after the delivery has been made. If you have checked the next business day after making an order before 3-30pm and there is nothing listed in the tracking window make sure you are in a express post postcode check here.
What time does my order have to be in to receive the next day?
Orders have to be in before 3-30pm to be delivered the next business day for express post orders.
I have got my vibrator and put in the batteries but nothing is happening?
Before shipping all adult toys are tested and made sure they are working. If you receive your item and inserted the batteries but nothing has happened please try these methods before contacting us.
1/ Make sure battery cave cap is on very firmly. Especially on waterproof units as this is a safety catch to make sure you have made the unit waterproof.
2/ Made sure the batteries are facing opposite directions, negative facing up on one battery and positive facing up on the other battery. Please also check for markings in the battery cave on which direction the batteries should be facing usually a + and a - will be shown.

There may be a few answers to this,
1/ Make sure you have cookies allowed in your browser and the setting is medium, see the above answer for cookie details.
2/ Delete browser history, cookies etc in your browser history (under tools) and start over.
3/ Make sure you are being directed to http://www.eveadams.com.au/cart and not http://eveadams.com.au/cart in the browser window when clicking on cart link.

I have had problems with payment gateway and my order is still pending, how can I pay for my order?
1/ Log back into your account here
