How to look after your toys
1/ Cleaning:
When you first receive your new vibrator please wash thoroughly in warm soapy water or with toy cleaner if you brought some.
Dry your vibrator on a soft fluffy towel. Also after using your vibrator make sure they are cleaned and dry as before and take batteries from the vibrators battery cave.
Leaving batteries in can cause damage if the vibrator switches on by mistake and could burn the vibration unit out. Also stops the vibrator turning itself on when you have guests around.
2/ Water:
If your vibrator is not waterproof make sure to keep the controls and battery compartments dry especially when cleaning.
If your vibrator is waterproof make sure the vibrators battery compartment is firmly closed.
3/ Batteries:
Make sure you use quality alkaline batteries. Do not use rechargeable or a low quality alkaline battery. If you use a low quality battery you will find the vibration of the unit will not be strong and the vibrator will not function properly. Also using low quality batteries could damage the unit.

For longer life of your vibrator never mix different battery types in the same device, replace all of the batteries at the same time, store in a dry place, and remove batteries for storage of devices.
4/ Inserting batteries:
When inserting batteries into the vibrator follow the directions on the casing. If there are no directions, the batteries usually face opposite directions.
Positive on one battery and negative on the other facing the base of the vibrator.
Make sure the twist cap is securely closed (when twisting listen for the 'pop') especially if waterproof as some vibrators will not work if you have not closed the cap properly.
If your vibrator seems weak or is not functioning as it should try changing the positive and negative on each battery so they face the other way.
Most problems with new vibrators is due to batteries incorrectly inserted or the cap not tightened securely enough.
Make sure you check thoroughly for the battery directions as sometimes they are a little difficult to find. Also make sure your vibrators cap is on securely and not cross threaded.
We test every vibrator before it leaves our warehouse to make sure it works how it is supposed to. Unless damaged in transit your new vibrator will be working when you receive it so try all the ideas above before contacting our returns dept.
5/ Using:
Some vibrators have multi speed dials on the bottom of the unit. Play with the dial to see the different vibration speeds. If the vibrator has different vibration settings play with these and get to know the different vibrator settings and speeds before using.
The best way to use a vibrator is start slow and build up sensation by gliding the vibrator over different parts of your body.
Experiment what feels good for you and try the different settings on the vibrator for different areas of your body.
Like sex it's best to have a little foreplay with your vibrator before the main event.
Important Tips:
If you are using a strap on dildo before cleaning unhinge the dildo from the straps by gently easing it off the attachment spike. Clean with warm soapy water or use toy cleaner if you brought some.
Make sure the lubricant you are using is toy friendlyand will not react with the latex, silicon or material your vibrator is made from.
