Here at Eve Adams your satisfaction is important to us so we offer a refund policy.

Vibrators and sex toys :- Due to the nature of these products we can only offer a refund if the item is still sealed and the box has been unopened. The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Costumes and clothing :- Items must have tags attached and be in the original packing.You can try the items on for sizing but must return within 7 days from purchase.

Adult DVDS :- There is no return for these items for incorrect choice. Please choose carefully

 

For 7 day no questions asked refund follow these steps.

2/ Send product back to:- (please make sure product is packed in protective wrapping as we will not refund goods damaged in shipping when returned to us)

3/ When product has been received we will refund you the product amount. We will not refund the original shipping amount or the shipping cost to send product back to us.*

If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement or Refund.

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.

 

For Manufacturing defect please follow these steps.

Please include a short description of the fault. Also please inform us if you will be wanting a refund, replacement of same model or replacement with another model in our range of same value. (you can also use the credit from your defective unit towards a higher value model and pay the difference)

We will issue a return number so you can place this in the package you send back to us.
