Costumes and clothing :- Yes returning unworn costumes and clothing is fine but you must return within 30 days from purchase. Please follow instructions below.
Vibrators and sex toys :- Yes you can return unopened adult toys within 14 days of purchase for incorrect choice or click here for faulty product
I have tried the item on for size and it does not fit or it's not the toy I was after, what should I do?
Please include a note stating your order number with the returned item (order number can be found in the confirmed email you received when placing the order)

3. Please make sure product is packed in protective wrapping and in exactly the same condition as you received it. Please also have the item if clothing in the plastic sleeve with product ID sticker* (small white sticker with 4 numbers) or if clothing item was boxed please have item in the products box when returned.
If an adult toy please make sure item is unopened and in exact condition as you received the item in.
*(Some product may have no product ID sticker on the plastic sleeve so just send item back in same plastic sleeve as you received the item in )
4. We will not refund if
For clothing: The item has been what we consider worn (apart from trying for size) This includes garments returned to us smelling of smoke or excessive perfume, have been washed or not in the plastic sleeve with product ID sticker* on or if the item is boxed the item must be returned in the products box.
For adult toys: If the items box or package has been opened or the item has been what we consider used.
5. When product has been received we will refund you the product amount. We will not refund the original shipping amount or the shipping cost to send product back to us.
6. Postage, shipping and insurance costs related to returns are the customer’s responsibility and must be fully prepaid. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us and strongly recommend that you insure and track your return with the carrier.
7. Please note: We offer free shipping for orders of over $100. However, if you received free shipping on your original order of over $100, and you then return enough of your purchase that the total net value of your order (i.e., original order less return refund) falls under the $100 free shipping threshold, we will deduct $9.95 from your refund to cover the cost of our original shipment.
8. Your refund will be processed when we receive the returned merchandise and verify its condition, usually within 4 days of receiving your return.
9. Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be credited to your original purchase credit card. Refunds for bank transfers will be done by bank transfer and we will need your bank account details.
10. You can also exchange items but please be aware that you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the exchanged item which will be $9.95 for a Express Post satchel.
The item I purchased has a fault or does not work, what should I do?
Please note: We will cover the cost of the return on warranty claims and faults.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement or Refund.
To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
For Manufacturing defect please follow these steps.
Please include a note in the return package or write on the outside of the return package your order number. Order numbers can be found in your email from us when you purchased the item.

3. Once we receive the product and determine the defect we will follow your instruction regarding replacement/refund.
